Passione Natura is a shop in Bitonto (BA) specialized in the sale of products and accessories for hunting, outdoor and airsoft. Buying a product is easy, simple and intuitive: just a few clicks to complete an order and receive the products you love at your door. You can also create a FREE account to experience a fast check-out, track all shipments in real time and receive a dedicated assistant for any questions in pre and post sales.

You can purchase products by choosing from the following payment methods: credit card, debit card, Paypal rechargeable card, Poste Pay and now also Bitcoin. For more information, see the PAYMENTS section.

Yes, payments on Passione Natura are absolutely safe as they are made in I-FRAME directly on a web space managed by Paypal, a global icon for the security of web transactions. The data provided by the user cannot in any way be traced by third parties.

I placed an order, but where is it? Check your inbox for a shipping confirmation email, which includes a link to track all your shipment information. Still can't find it? Simply add your email address and order number to our Track Order page and we'll give you all the details on where your package is and when it should arrive. You can also check the status of your order by logging into your Passione Natura account. None of these options work? Contact us using the "Contact Us" button at the bottom of the page. We'll need your shipping name, the email address you used to place your order, and your order number. Once we have that information, we'll get back to you with more details.

When will my order be shipped? We care about customer satisfaction and ensure that a fast delivery option is part of our company mission. We usually take 24 to 48 hours, on average, to process your order before it is delivered to your home. For customized products, the times vary from 4 to 5 business days.

How long does it take to ship? Every single order is shipped from our store in Bitonto, in the province of Bari. Delivery is usually made within 1-2 working days from the order. This does not include the 24/48 hours of processing and fulfillment of the order. In addition, orders are ready for shipment from Monday to Friday.

What should I do if I receive the wrong order? Even if it has never happened before, if we have sent you the wrong item, click the "Contact Us" button below and provide us with your name, order number, and the items you are missing or received in error. We will process your order immediately at no additional cost.

Haven't received your order yet even though your order status says "delivered"? Try checking with your neighbors first to make sure the package wasn't delivered to them instead of you. Sometimes, couriers can leave packages on neighbors' doors by mistake. If you're having no luck with this and the delivery status doesn't update within 5 business days, we'll be happy to help and work on shipping a replacement order. Get in touch with us by clicking the "Contact Us" button below and send us your name, shipping address, the email used to place the order, and your order number. We'll get back to you as soon as possible with more details. If the shipping status doesn't update within 1 or 2 business days, don't worry, this is completely normal!
