Inside each product sheet you will find all the information on the availability of the product and the relative shipping times, with the expected delivery date always displayed. In case of Available status, it is possible to order the product immediately and receive it according to the indicated shipping times.
If out of stock, the product has just run out of stock and cannot be temporarily ordered. With just one click, you can add it to your wishlist and receive updates from our team as soon as it is back in stock.

RATES AND TIMES

Once the order has been placed, if the purchase contains personalized products we need 4/5 working days to produce it, for non-personalized products and according to stock availability we need 2/3 working days to prepare the goods.

We guarantee shipping EXPRESS, with delivery made in 100% of cases within 1-2 working days. Exceptions are some remote areas, for which delivery may require an additional day, usually no more than 2-3 working days. These delivery times are guaranteed and valid only for orders placed from Monday to Friday before 12:00. Working days always refer to Monday to Friday. Orders are regularly processed from Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 18:00. Orders placed from 14:00 on Friday to Sunday will be processed the following Monday, while those placed on public holidays will be processed the following working day. All deliveries are made during office hours from Monday to Friday, except for public holidays, and managed by SDA, the best partner that guarantees a fast, reliable and professional service. ORDER TRACKING

During all stages of the purchase process you are provided with all the useful information, from product availability to delivery method, so that the service we offer is 100% complete. Within 24 hours of handing over the shipment to the courier, the user will receive an informed email rule containing the tracking code, to monitor the delivery status of their order in real time. In the shipping confirmation email you will find all the details relating to the type of courier to which your order has been entrusted. All orders are processed automatically and we are unable to change shipping and delivery times.

CONTROL RESERVE

During shipping there is a minimal (remote) possibility that the product will arrive at its destination damaged for various reasons: fragility of the contents, transfer of the packaging during transport, poor attention to the handling of the package by the logistics operator. For this reason, we invite you to carefully check the package before signing for delivery. In the event of damage to the packaging, attempts to tamper with the package or poor adhesion of the adhesive tape to the package, we invite you to sign for the correct delivery but contesting it by marking the appropriate control reserve option (specifying the valid reason) on the courier's delivery document.
The wording "RESERVE" allows you to check the goods even at a later time since the courier by law does not allow you to open the package until you have signed. It is understood that, once the delivery document has been signed without any dispute, it precludes any exception relating to the external characteristics of what has been delivered.
