Axion XM has a space-saving and pocket-sized format, weighing less than 250 grams. It is a classic option for hunting on the move and for hiking. The device is easy to handle and operate with both the right and left hand, thanks to the symmetrical arrangement of the buttons on the top panel.
Detection distance up to 1300 m
The Axion XM thermal imaging device combines small size with high detection capability. High-quality optics and a thermal sensor with 12 micron pixels allow you to observe a 180 cm high object from long distances of up to 1300 meters.
Ideal optical magnification
Thermal imaging instruments solve practical problems related to observations during a hunting trip right from the initial magnification. The magnification of the Axion XM22F (2.5x) and Axion XM30F (3x) is optimal for easy observation of the object from short to medium distances. The field of view is adequate for observing dynamic scenes. The magnification is increased up to 4x via the digital zoom to identify objects at long distances.
Rugged magnesium alloy housing
Axion XM is built for long-term and often brutal use. The magnesium alloy housing is lightweight yet robust, and securely protects the instrument’s internal components from shocks, drops, moisture, heat, and cold. A metal housing also effectively dissipates heat from the electronics, minimizes image noise, and stabilizes the device’s performance during extended observations.
Low power consumption. 5 hours of battery life on a single charge.
The APS3 quick-release rechargeable battery provides 5 hours of continuous operation of the thermal instrument on a single charge. Removal from the battery compartment and replacement is done in a few seconds. It is recharged in a dedicated device or by connecting it via USB connection to a PC, a power supply or a charger. These same power sources are used for external power supply of the thermal instrument.
User Mode
Adjust contrast and brightness to maximize the rendering of details and the informative value of the images in every observation condition. The User mode saves the contrast and brightness settings in the device memory, providing immediately an optimal image quality in future uses of the thermal imager, without the need for further adjustments.

Three levels of sensitivity amplification
The choice of signal amplification level, in addition to new filtering algorithms with fine adjustment of brightness and contrast, provides the hunter with great opportunities for long-distance detection of an animal in different weather and temperature conditions. The amplification levels help to determine the characteristics of an animal and provide high-quality rendering of objects and background in the field of view.
Frost-resistant AMOLED display
The high-contrast AMOLED display with VGA resolution offers better color rendering, power saving and fast response time, providing clear and precise images even when observing in freezing weather.
Color Palettes
Eight color palettes improve observation in varying conditions. While the classic White Hot mode is versatile, Hot Black mode is often used to detect animals at night. Red Monochrome allows you to reduce or prevent eyepiece illumination. Sepia tends to improve observation over long distances, while Red Hot, Rainbow, and Ultramarine modes improve the visualization of temperature differences between different parts of an object. Purple mode helps you identify an object more quickly.
Photo and video recording
The built-in video recorder is a great resource for those times when you want to film or take photographs to remember unique experiences.
A simple press of the REC button lets you capture images that can be easily shared with colleagues, friends and family.
The 16 GB internal memory offers the possibility of saving many hours of videos and a large quantity of photographs.
Wi-Fi. Integration with iOS and Android devices via the Stream Vision 2 app
The built-in Wi-Fi module connects the device with Android and iOS smartphones via the Stream Vision 2 app. This offers several opportunities, such as wireless updating of the device software, transmission of images to the display of a mobile device in real time, remote control of the instrument's digital functions and more. Registered users of the app have cloud storage space for photos and videos taken with a thermal or digital instrument.
IPX7 Fully Waterproof
IPX7 Fully waterproof for protection from heavy rain, snow or other precipitation. Designed to function perfectly even after immersion in water up to 1m deep for 30 minutes.
