A highly sensitive European-made thermal sensor with a NETD value of < 25 mK is capable of detecting minimal temperature differences during observations in low temperature contrast situations, as well as in rain or fog. The resolution of 640x480 pixels ensures reliable target identification and high-quality visualization of important anatomical features of animals, as well as the smallest details of the surrounding environment.
17.8° field of view, the widest in the thermal binocular category
The 640 x 480 / 17 µm sensor provides a 17.8 degree field of view, the widest in the Merger LRF range. A wide field of view simplifies exploration and detection of heat objects, minimizing image instability effects and increasing situational awareness. An excellent level of image detail at base magnification, combined with the wide field of view, ensures improved viewing comfort and superior awareness of the surroundings.
Accurate, built-in laser rangefinder with distance measurement up to 1000 m
Correctly determining the distance to the target is essential to making the right decision. A built-in laser rangefinder with a range of 1 km allows you to measure the distance with single readings or continuous scans, with an accuracy of ± 1 meter, thus obtaining a quick and correct assessment of any situation.
Comfortable observation with both eyes
The optical design of the Merger LRF binoculars takes full account of the characteristics of the human eye. It is natural for a person to receive visual information simultaneously through two visual channels. Observing with two eyes is more relaxing than using only one: this translates into more effective detection of small or blurry objects, and better performance in low-contrast situations compared to thermal monoculars with similar characteristics. The interpupillary distance in the Merger LRF binoculars is adjustable between 62 and 74 mm, in order to adapt to every user.
Built-in photo and video recorder with 16GB of internal memory
Merger LRF has a built-in video recorder. The internal memory can store hours of footage and tens of thousands of photos. A simple press of a button is enough to take a photo or start recording a video of important moments, which can then be easily downloaded via a USB-C connection or via App.
Stream Vision 2. Wi-Fi connection with iOS and Android devices
The built-in WiFi module enables connection between Merger LRF and smartphones Android And iOS via the Stream Vision 2 mobile application. This allows you to perform various operations, such as wirelessly updating the device software, real-time transmission of images from the instrument to your smartphone, posting photos and videos taken with the instrument to social media, remotely controlling device functions and accessing the latest Pulsar news. Registered users also get 16 GB of storage space in the Cloud for saving photos and videos taken with their device.

The choice of signal amplification level, in addition to new filtering algorithms and fine adjustment of brightness and contrast, provides the hunter with great opportunities for long-distance observation in different weather and temperature conditions. The signal amplification settings help determine the characteristics of the animal and ensure clear rendering of objects and background in the field of view.
Dual battery system. Up to 9 hours of battery life
Merger LRF is powered by two rechargeable batteries, a built-in 4Ah battery and a replaceable 3.2Ah battery. A single charge provides 9 hours of battery life. The raised part on the removable battery body allows you to accurately determine its position and make a quick and safe replacement, simply by relying on the touch, even in complete darkness.
High contrast AMOLED HD display
Merger's HD AMOLED displays deliver a clear, contrast-rich, and vibrantly colorful field of vision, and AMOLED technology ensures smooth, flawless, high-resolution images while saving power.
Eight color palettes
A choice of 8 color palettes allows the user to observe the field of view more effectively, optimizing the device for specific tasks as well as adapting to changing observation conditions. White Hot, Black Hot and Red Hot are ideal for object detection; Rainbow and Ultramarine increase the chances of recognition and identification; Red Monochrome, Sepia and Violet are best suited for long night observations.
Rugged magnesium alloy housing
Merger LRF is designed for continuous and often rough use. The magnesium alloy housing is lightweight yet durable, providing protection for the internal components of a thermal device from impacts, drops, heat, and cold. The metal housing also effectively removes heat from the electronics and helps the instrument operate smoothly during long observations.
IPX7 waterproof level
The IPX7 waterproof rating ensures protection from torrential rain, snow and other precipitation. The unit is designed to function flawlessly even when submerged in water up to one meter deep for 30 minutes.
Operation in a wide temperature range (-25 to + 50°C)
The Merger LRF housing, power supply, optics and electronics are designed to operate over a very wide temperature range. Merger provides effective and reliable performance even in freezing conditions, down to -25°C.
Proximity sensor to avoid being seen
Observation in darkness requires that you are not visible so that the animals do not notice your presence. Putting a device to sleep using the Display Off function is a common way to prevent backlighting from the eyepieces. To make this easier, the Merger LRF has a built-in proximity sensor that acts as a display switch to prevent exposure to the backlight in darkness.
When the device is moved away from your eyes, the proximity sensor turns off both displays, while when it is brought closer, both are activated, offering excellent image quality.
