Versatile and modular design
The Proton XQ30 thermal imaging camera is a kit of a thermal imager and a Pulsar 5x30 B quick-release monocular used as an eyepiece. The hunter thus has a five-power monocular for daytime natural observation and a thermal device compatible with day riflescopes. The Proton XQ30 thermal imaging camera can be combined with day optics using a special PSP adapter that transforms them into thermal imaging optics. A quick-release adapter – the Proton can be removed from the day optics and re-installed in seconds, while the precise positioning mechanism allows for alignment of the thermal image to the center of the day optics' field of view. The PSP adapter can also be mounted on the Proton XQ30 thermal imaging camera when used with the Pulsar 5x30 B monocular from the kit. This ensures that the Proton XQ30 is easy to use in the field.
Highly sensitive thermal image sensor
The microbolometer sensor with NETD <40 mK enables the recognition of details in conditions with low thermal contrast. Rain, snow, fog, early morning after a cold night - the Proton FXQ clearly shows the smallest thermal differences for observation in adverse conditions for both the hunter and the equipment.
Lightweight and compact in size
When you cover many kilometers, every extra kilogram of hunting equipment counts. Using the Proton XQ30 is easy and intuitive regardless of the daytime optics it is attached to: the Pulsar 5x30 B monocular completes, with the riflescope or binoculars, the hunter's equipment. The Proton XQ30 thermal device weighs 370 grams, enough to not have a significant effect on the balance of any daytime optics it is mounted on.
Shockproof magnesium alloy body
The magnesium alloy body is strong and lightweight, has high structural strength and protects the Proton XQ30 from shock and vibration. It is resistant to mechanical, temperature and external weather effects, the metal of the body effectively removes and dissipates heat from the electronic components of the thermal device, increasing the stability of operation.
Image Detail Boost mode for better object recognition
The mode of improving the drawing of objects in the field of observation. Image Detail Boost significantly increases the sharpness of the observed objects, clearly identifies their contours, provides excellent information on the display of small objects (branches, fallen trees) in the field of view and in areas with a slight temperature difference. The function is especially useful during hunting for determining the trophy value of an animal.
Built-in photo and video recorder with 16GB of internal memory
The built-in recorder is especially important when you need to record a video or take a photo of a unique moment. Just press a button to take a photo of an interesting situation or start a video that you want to share with your friends and hunting colleagues. 16 GB of internal memory will allow you to record many hours of video and tens of thousands of photos, which you can then transfer to a smartphone or PC.
Wi-Fi. Compatible with iOS and Android devices
The built-in Wi-Fi module connects the Proton XQ30 with smartphones or tablets based on Android and iOS operating systems using the Stream Vision mobile application. The combination of a smartphone with a thermal imaging device offers unique opportunities: wireless device software updating, image transmission to the mobile device screen, remote control of the device's digital functions, as well as live broadcasting of the image taken with the mount to the Internet using public streaming video services and YouTube.

The choice of eight color palettes makes observation more comfortable, solves various problems and allows you to respond to changes in observation conditions. The White Hot, Black Hot and Red Hot palettes are optimal for object detection, while the Rainbow and Ultramarine palettes improve recognition and identification capabilities. Red Monochrome, Sepia and Violet are the most suitable palettes for long night observation.
APS 5 Quick Release Battery
The APS 5 high-capacity quick-release lithium-ion battery provides up to 6 hours of continuous use on a single charge. The safety and longevity of the APS 5 batteries are ensured by integrated electronic protection systems. The battery can be removed from the battery compartment and replaced with a new one in seconds.
IPX7 total waterproof
IPX7 Fully waterproof to protect against heavy rain, snow or other precipitation. The device is designed to function flawlessly even after being immersed in water up to 1 m deep for 30 minutes.
Wide operating temperature range (-25 to +50°C)
The body parts, batteries, optical and electronic components of the Proton FXQ30 mount are designed to operate in a wide temperature range. The mount is reliable even in severe frost, down to -25° C.
